FFY What was it that made Cirque Du Soul produce this music festival last year?

LW Ever since we started organising club events four years ago our dream was always to create our own weekend long camping festival in the heart of the UK countryside. Our debut year was an amazing experience which we learnt a lot from and we can't wait to show everyone what we have in store round two at the end of June.

FFY How did you make the transition from the massively successful club scene?

LW Now that Cirque Du Soul is in 13 cities around the UK, selling out shows in the biggest venues it was the only way the brand could go. With a loyal following around the country we were excited to give our fans something new and thankfully it was very well received. We'll continue to do clubs shows and are constantly looking for new territories to break into.

FFY What was your highlight from last year at the music festival?

LW There were lots of highlights across the weekend but one moment that really stands out was Gentleman's Dub Club closing set on Saturday night. The vibe across the crowd was amazing that night and their performance was incredible, so much so that we decided to invite them back again this year! I think for us, to see a full house in front our main stage enjoying almost a year of planning was really something special. You can catch Gentleman's Dub Club on Friday 30th June on our new and improved Garden Stage, that is not to be missed!

FFY Why should someone come to El Dorado above any other music festival this summer?

LW El Dorado offers a more intimate boutique experience with a capacity of just 5000 people set in the unique and beautiful grounds of Eastnor Castle. Despite being an intimate size, this year we have an amazing line up of music with some huge headliners both live and electronic. Amazing food, immersive stages, performers, art and trade also play a huge part in what El Dorado is all about. Full weekend tickets are available for just £120 which in the current festival market is much more affordable than some of the larger festivals out there right now. Don't take our word for it, come down and check it out!

FFY What new and exciting features do you have in store for us this year?

LW We've got several exciting additions to this years festival, the first one being our new stage 'The Holy Bale'. This is an open air DJ arena and a focal point of the festival, catch the likes of Congo Natty, The Heatwave, Greg Wilson, Artwork and lots more playing here. Another new feature is our giant pirate ship DJ booth which is now part of 'Treasure Island' our floating stage! We also have a new bar named and voted for by our fans 'The Typsy Gypsy', a central place to drink some great cocktails, real ales and listen to up and coming musicians. Of course theres a few more things that will be revealed on the weekend...

FFY What is the one ‘must have’ accessory for festival goers at El Dorado festival this year?

LW A bag of fancy dress :)
